On December 16, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued Announcement No. 82 of 2025, releasing the Fourth Batch of the Product Catalogue for Maintenance Operations in Comprehensive Bonded Zones.
The newly released catalogue includes products such as industrial robots, DC power supplies, inverter power supplies, lithium batteries, mobile phones, among others. This further expands the scope of export goods eligible for maintenance operations within comprehensive bonded zones.
